About Returns

Important: Returns are not free. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Can I return a product?

Yes, you can.

If you are not satisfied with the product you received, you may return it within 30 days of receiving it.

However, for the return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:

• The product must include all corresponding parts and accessories and be properly packaged.

• The product must have been handled with care, with no damage caused by misuse.

• For products involving hygiene considerations, they must be properly cleaned before initiating the return process.

• If the product was received defective, this must be proven.

We reserve the right to charge the customer the return shipping costs.

Returns are processed within 7 business days. If the conditions are met, they will be officially approved during this period.

Note: We reserve the right to refuse returns of used or damaged products that are not the result of our error.

How do I submit a return request?

If your order meets the conditions above, follow these steps to initiate a return:

Send an email to: info@maisonclaireetsylvie.fr including the following information:

• Order number

• Reason for return

• Photo of the product (in case of damage)

• Your full name

• Your address

We will then provide you with the return address. Do not send the package to the sender. You must contact us first to get the correct address.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

All returns must be sent, at the customer's expense, to our central warehouse in Asia.
