For more than 30 years, our little stone shop in Arrowtown has been our second home. It’s where Elizabeth sewed her very first pieces in 1992, where Sophie grew up sketching between rolls of fabric, and where mother and daughter have worked side by side since 2010.

We never imagined it would one day feel too small. But women from all over New Zealand have found us, trusted us and kept coming back, and our little shop simply can’t hold all of you anymore.

So, thanks to you, we’re moving to a bigger home in Queenstown.

Leaving the place where it all began isn’t easy. Before we close its doors, we want to thank you the best way we know how, with special moving prices on our current collection, so every piece can find a new home before we go.

For almost twenty years, it was simply Elizabeth’s, the little shop in Arrowtown where local women knew they would always find something elegant made for them.

Sophie spent her childhood there, sketching on scraps of paper while her mum worked. In 2010, after years of watching and learning, she asked to join her. She had ideas for new styles, a more modern look, and a dream of sharing her mum’s clothes with women far beyond their small town.

Together, they gave the shop a new name and a new energy, but kept the same promise: elegant clothes for real women.
